Termination. (i) At any time by written notice to the other party, either party may terminate this Agreement and any Purchase Order because of a material breach of this Agreement or a Purchase Order by the other party if the breach is not corrected to the reasonable satisfaction of the non-breaching party within 30 days after the breaching party’s receipt of written notice reasonably detailing the breach.
