Pls kindly CONFIRM you acknowledge and understand of our Terms & Conditions,point by point:
1.Pls.note we will use "Toll Global" as our assigned forwarder for sea shipment.
2.Our payment terms is 20% deposit and 80% balance T/T will be paid within 20 days after receiving a copy of B/L.If the total amount is over USD30,000,we will open 100% L/C at sight.
3.If we ask sample in inquiry status,we will take up the courier cost in freight collect.However,supplier has to take up the freight cost for approval sample,production sample and shipment sample to our Sweden office once we place the order.Each time require 3pcs sample more or less.If the sample can be confirmed in one time,total 3 times courier charge should be calculated.
4.Price quoted is not allowed to change without our agreement.Otherwise,pls state clear the valid time for your quotation
5.Supplier has to send sample or swatch for material and quality reference after submitted quotation.When we place the order,supplier has the responsibility to implement all of the terms agreed and should make sure the production should be exactly the same quality as reference sample.
6.GSP Form A or CO should be provided for each shipment.

3.如果在询盘阶段我们所要样品,我们会承担运输投递中的邮递费用.不过,一旦我们下了订单,供应商必须承担确认,生产样品以及寄运样品到我们瑞典办事处的费用.每批次需要3片/件左右.假如样品可以准时确认,一共会产生三次寄运费用.
4.未经双方同意,报出的价格不容许更改.否则,请注明报价的有效时间
5.供应商在提出报价后必须寄送样品或者材料样本以及质量证明.在我们确立订单时,供应商有责任履行所有商定的条款并且确保生产与样品质量严格一致的产品
6.普惠制产地证格式A产地证或者原产地证每批次货物都应该提供.
