Contract management of Construction projects
The owner-constractor agreement formalizesthe construction contract. It incorporates, by reference ,all other contractdocuments. The owner selects the type of agreement that will be signed: It maybe a standard form of agreement such as those promulgated by the AmericanInstitute of Architects(AIA) or by other professional or trade organizations.
The agreement generally includes adescription of the project and contract sum.
