这句话是问他过去在越南的事情为什么用一般现在时?我觉得应该是过去时态呀.
2.It is like just before the sun goes to bed...怎么翻译?
明明有before为什么译文翻译为就好像太阳已经去睡觉了似的?

只是一般的问话 不一定要用过去时 只是问对方的感受 当然用一般现在时不是更能体现越南战争好像正在发生么
