Dear hotel manager,
I am writing to express my unsatisfaction during my stay in your hotel dated 1 Jan,2010.My room was 1203.The room was terrible when I stepped in.The room was messed up without cleaning.It took half an hour to tidy after I called the house-keeping services.The envirnoment was noisy.The service time for breakfast is too short,it is two hours started from 7:00-9:00am.As a customer,I really expect your hotel services can be further improved.
