I have some suggestions on how to improve the grade of English. At first, the teacher should not only teach in English which can provide students more opportunities to get in touch with English but also encourage them to read more reading matters which is simple to them. secondly, the school should hold some after-class exercises at least once every ywo weeks including English Salon, English Corner and so on, which is good for creating a good environment of learning. Besides, the English speech competition should be held every semester. And before and after new year's day, we can have a English party.
