嗨!大家好!我长大以后我想当一名医生,但是当一名医生首先是要保持自己的健康所以我要控制好我的饮食.
在以前,我很少吃蔬菜,那是因为我不喜欢蔬菜,而我却喜欢对我不健康的甜品和零食.它们虽然很好吃,但是它们对我没好处的,而现在早饭我通常吃一些粥和两个鸡蛋；中午,我吃一个排骨,两道蔬菜,一碗汤和一碗米饭；晚上,我只是吃一些蔬菜,汤和一碗米饭.吃完中饭和晚饭,我也会吃一些水果,还有,每天早上我都会做运动的,我现在不吃甜品和零食了,我认为我现在很健康.

In the past,I seldom eat vegetables,that is because I don't like vegetables,but I still like to I not healthy desserts and snacks.Although they are delicious,but they wouldn't pay me to,and now my breakfast I usually eat some porridge and two eggs,At noon,I eat a steak,two word vegetables,a bowl of soup and a bowl of rice,In the evening,I eat only some vegetables,soup and a bowl of rice.Finish eat lunch and dinner,I also can eat some fruits,and every morning I would make sport of,now I don't eat sweets and snacks,I think I am very healthy.
