我国中小企业的蓬勃发展是推动我国国民经济发展的重要力量,中小企业稳定、持续的发展已成为我国国民经济持续增长的重要保证。在市场竞争日趋激烈的今天，利用人力资源来获取竞争优势已成为管理者和学者们的共识。而绩效管理作为现代人力资源管理的核心问题，也逐渐被中小企业所重视。企业要想发展,关键是要建立科学的管理机制,提高组织绩效。在企业的人力资源管理中，绩效管理占据着重要的地位，如今已经逐步应用在现代企业管理中。而中小企业作为我国工商管理的主体，企业的绩效管理会直接影响到企业人力资源的管理、核心竞争力的提高以及企业的可持续发展。这就需要建立并完善绩效管理体系,而绩效管理恰恰是许多中小企业的薄弱环节。因此，分析绩效管理体系在我国中小企业中的现状及存在的问题，寻找适合中小企业自身特点、具有可操作性的绩效管理方法对于我国中小企业来说具有重要的现实意义。本文从绩效管理的含义与特点入手，对中小企业中绩效管理存在的问题进行阐述，最后针对性的提出加强中小企业绩效管理效果的对策。
