摘要：近些年来，中小企业对我国发展经济起着不可忽略的作用，是我国发展的一个特色的经济模式，它给我国创造了不少的财富和经验。但是，我国的中小企业也存在着不可忽视的危机和问题，而财务管理目前存在许多问题，严重影响了企业的财务管理水平提升及企业的经济效益。本文在分析中小企业财务管理出现的问题的同时，提出了优化中小企业财务管理的措施，旨在改善中小企业财务管理的现状，以促使其改革并走上健康发展的道路。

In recent years, the development of small and medium-sized enterprises in China should not be neglected in economic plays the role of development in our country, is a feature of economic mode, it give our created a lot of wealth and experience. However, the medium and small enterprises in China, there also exist overlooked crisis and issues, and the financial management currently exist many problems, serious impact on the enterprise financial management level and economic efficiency of enterprises. Based on the analysis of the small and medium-sized enterprise financial management, the problems at the same time puts forward optimum small and medium-sized enterprise financial management measures aimed at improving smes financial management of the status quo, to promote the healthy development of the reform and onto the road.
