时间对于每个人来说意义重大,但是每个人对待时间的认识、态度体验却不尽相同,这就导致人们往往花费很多时间做紧急但不重要的任务,忽视重要不紧急的任务,这正是普遍存在的时间管理问题.在竞争日益激烈的社会环境中,当代中学生要面对着包括课程学习、文娱活动、体育活动等多种任务,他们如何分配时间处理和完成,时间管理倾向、行为会呈现出怎样的状态,这与成就动机以及他们的学业成绩会有何种关系,是本研究主要讨论的问题.
本研究采用问卷法对101名中学生进行了调查,结果表明:(1)性别对于中学生时间管理倾向、成就动机的影响不大,不存在显著差异.而在时间管理行为上差异显著.(2)时间管理倾向和学业成绩对时间管理行为的影响显著.(3)时间价值感各维度(时间价值感、时间监控观、时间效能感)与追求成功的动机显著正相关,与避免失败动机显著负相关(时间监控观除外).时间价值感对追求成功的动机具有预测作用;时间效能感对避免失败的动机具有预测作用.(4)时间价值感各维度(时间价值感、时间监控观、时间效能感)与学业成绩显著正相关.成就动机各维度(追求成功的动机、避免失败的动机)与学业成绩并无显著相关.
研究结果可以为中学生时间管理培训,提高其成就动机,从而为提高学业成绩提供理论依据和实证支持.

Time for each person is significant, but everyone treats time understanding, attitude experience are different, it leads people often spend a lot of time to do the emergency but not important task, ignoring important urgent tasks, this is widespread time management problems. In the increasingly competitive social environment, contemporary middle school students should face include coursework, and cultural activities and sports activities and so on many kinds of mission, they how to allocate time processing and complete, time management disposition, behavior can present a what kind of state, this and achievement motive and their academic achievements will have planted relation, is this research mainly discuss the issues.
This study adopts questionnaire to 101 middle school student was conducted and the results show that: (1) sex for student achievement motive time management disposition, the impact is not big, no significant differences. And in the time management behavior significantly different. (2) time management disposition and academic achievement to the influence of time management behavior significantly. (3) time value feeling dimensions (time perceived value, time monitoring view, time self-efficacy) and pursues the success significantly positive correlation with motives avoid failure motivation, a significant negative correlation (time monitoring view except). Time to pursue success worth feeling the motivation has forecast effect; Time to avoid failure self-efficacy of motivation has forecast effect. (4) time value feeling dimensions (time perceived value, time monitoring view, time self-efficacy) and academic performance significant positive correlation. Achievement motive dimensions (pursues the success of motivation, avoid failure motive) and academic performance and no significant correlation.
Research results can be used for high school students time management training, improve its achievement motivation, so as to raise the academic achievement to provide the theory basis and the empirical support.
