Zhalong Nature reserve is in Heilongjiang in the northest of China.Last week I made a tour around Zhalong.It took me a long time,but it was very 1 .it has an area of more than 210,000 hectares (公顷).It become oneofthe 2 in1992.Every year,visitors from China and other countries go to Zhalong to study the 3 of birds.
Wetlands are important natural 4 for birds.Many birds live in Zhalong Nature Reserve all year round and some fly there for a 5 stay.They can find water to drink worms(虫子),insects and other kinds of food to eat.
On my tour,I saw a lot of birds.More than 200 kinds of birds stay in Zhalong in winter,including（包括） red-crowned cranes.Red-crowned cranes are 6 for their red caps on the top of the heads.They have bright 7 bodies(身体) with black necks and feathers.They are quite and 8 .they eat insects,fish,grasses and other plants.They have one of the most beautiful dances in the world.When I saw them dancing,I wanted to dance as well.
Zhalong Nature Reserve welcomes more people to 9 there.It is a good chance（机会） for to know more about different kinds of birds,and to learn more about their lives.Form this tour,I have learnt about the 10 of wildlife protection,especially birds.I know I should try to protect environment,not to destroy it.
