feel excited at sth为什么不用excitedly 不是有look happy和looK happily at sb吗

两个都是感官动词,前是对某人感到兴奋,但没有feel at sb 这种用法,后一句第一个高兴为形容词,后一个为副词.有look at sb happily这个用法的用副词的话,它的位置可以有好几个,形容词不行.
再问：如果是兴奋的看着某人那是不是就是用副词形式
再答：是的用形容词的话只是说明自己看起来很兴奋。
