The People's Republic of China in 2009 is a very important year in history.The Chinese people of all nationalities celebrated the 60th anniversary of founding of new China,for development and progress of the great motherland proud,determined a new starting point,the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics continue to push forward.The face of the severe impact of the international financial crisis,the Chinese people of all nationalities confidence,the difficulties,one mind,a total of grams of hard times persist in maintaining stable and rapid economic development as the primary task of economic work,co-ordinate well to maintain growth,Paul the people's livelihood,maintaining stability and work to achieve the overall economic recovery to the good.China's reform and opening up and socialist modernization construction has made remarkable achievements in the new people's living standards continued to improve and maintain social harmony and stability.China has actively participated in response to the international financial crisis,climate change,international cooperation,expand exchanges and cooperation with countries in the world,for world peace and development to make a new contribution.
2010 is the implementation of China's "Eleventh Five-Year Plan" last year.In the new year,we will unswervingly hold high the great banner of socialism with Chinese characteristics,with Deng Xiaoping Theory and the "Three Represents" as guidance,thoroughly implement the scientific concept of development,to maintain the continuity and stability of macro-economic policies ,to continue to implement the proactive fiscal policy and loose monetary policy appropriately,according to the new situation and new efforts to enhance the policy relevance and flexibility,more emphasis on improving the quality and efficiency of economic growth,more emphasis on promoting the transformation of the mode of economic development and economic restructuring pay more attention to promoting reform and opening up and independent innovation,enhance the vitality and momentum of economic growth,more emphasis on improving people's livelihood and maintaining social harmony and stability,and greater emphasis on the overall co-ordination both domestic and international efforts to achieve stable and rapid economic development,and continue to push forward the comprehensive construction well-off society process.We will adhere to the "one country two systems","Hong Kong people ruling Hong Kong","Macao people governing Macao" and a high degree of autonomy,with the majority of compatriots in Hong Kong and Macao compatriots to work together to maintain Hong Kong and Macao,the long-term prosperity and stability.We will adhere to the "peaceful reunification and one country two systems" principle,firmly grasp the theme of peaceful development of cross-strait relations,strengthen cross-strait exchanges and cooperation,and better for the benefit compatriots on both sides.
