I visit our restaurants every month.Sometimes I go their as a customers.I take Breakfast in the store 2 or 3 morning a week.Sometimes I visit on an official visit to look at our operations in the stores.
I enjoy Breakfast at McDonald’s because I like to see our smiling crew early in the morning,enjoy a nice hot breakfast (most Meal 1 or 6) and a nice hot cup of Hot Milk Tea.
Well,as a McDonald’s staff,I definitely feel very happy and proud to see customers eating our food served by our very friendly crew.Recently,I do see many customers walking on the road with our SUMMER PUNCH drinks in their hand.I like that drink very much….
I missed working in the restaurants….However,I know that whenever I do visit the stores,the managers in the stores feel very pressured… No need to be……
One TIP for all of you…..Just treat our customer like your friends and you are doing great.
I like to see our crew and managers happy and our customers happy too…….
