摘要
塑料注塑制品作为现代工业产品的主要结构零件之一,已在各行各业许多领域得到广泛的应用.在注塑成型过程中,浇注系统依然以冷流道为主,随着社会经济科技的发展,冷流道在注塑制造业的缺点越来越突出,越来越不适应经济发展的要求,于是加快了热流道的发展.热流道已经变成现代注塑制造业的宠儿,运用越来越广泛.热流道的发展弥补了很多冷流道的很多缺陷,这是热流道成为当今热门技术的主要原因.
本课题结合冰箱盖板的注塑过程,主要地、详细地介绍热流道在注塑中的运用.热流道系统由流道板、反射层(隔热层、表面涂覆)、熔体腔衬套、分配器衬套、承压圈、流道板的抗扭装置、旋塞、热流道喷嘴组成.同时对冰箱箱盖的塑件分析、冰箱箱盖注塑成型设备选择、冰箱箱盖的注塑模具设计,冰箱箱盖注射模具成型零件、脱模机构与抽芯机构等的设计过程进行一个简单的介绍说明.
通过本设计,对热流道的运用有一个基本认识,对热流道在实际生产熟练地运用做一个铺垫.

Hot runner has become the modern plastic manufacturing pets, is used widely. The development of hot runner makes up many cold runner of many defects, and this is hot runner become the most popular technology main reasons.
This topic combining refrigerator flats, mainly in the process of plastic injection, detail in the application of hot runner injection. Hot runner system by fluid DaoBan, reflection (insulating layer, surface coating), melt cavity bushings, dispenser bushings, pressure, flow DaoBan circle of wrest resistant device, cock, hot runner nozzle composition. Meanwhile to the refrigerator the lid of the plastics analysis, refrigerator box molding equipment selection, refrigerator the lid of the injection mold design, refrigerator box molding parts, injection mould demoulding mechanism and core-pulling mechanism of design of process on a simple explanation.
Through the design of hot flow path, the use of a basic understanding of hot runner in practical production with manipulating do an action.
