《工作鞋、工作服穿着和发放管理办法暂行规定》
请员工爱护发放的工作服和安全鞋（以下“工作服和安全鞋”通称“工服鞋类”），员工须保管好自己的工服鞋类，遗失自费补做，为了员工劳保用品配给管理的完善，特制定《工作鞋、工作服穿着和发放管理办法暂行规定》：
1、关于工服鞋类的配给，生产助理根据各班、各组员工的实际需要向行政部提报数量及尺寸规格，由生产经理确认，经总经办审批后，统一采购，再统一发放。
3、按公司规定统一穿着工作服来上班，不准穿除安全鞋以外的其他鞋类。（砂光机的操作人员穿水鞋）
4、请爱护工服鞋类用品，工服鞋类穿着及保管以一年为期，按领用之日起算，如未达使用年限遗失的，应自费赔偿补做。
5、禁止恶意破坏他人或损坏自己的工服鞋类用品，如发现是恶意行为，将以罚款处之，并自费赔偿补做。（正常损坏或意外除外）
5、对于离职员工，要求收回服装不足使用年限部分的成本费。成本费的计算公式：每年摊销费=服装价格÷12*（12-使用月份）
6、离职员工如领用服装未届保管年限应即缴还，如未缴还者，在其薪资内或入职押金中扣还。

Staff are advised to take good care of the working clothes and safety footwears.Once lost,staff have to replace the items at own cost.To ensure good management of the supplies for the staff.,please comply with The Regulations of working footwears,clothings,and Management of Supplies:
1、关于工服鞋类的配给,生产助理根据各班、各组员工的实际需要向行政部提报数量及尺寸规格,由生产经理确认,经总经办审批后,统一采购,再统一发放.For supply of working clothings and footwears,the Production Assistant Manager will submit to the Administrative Department the quantum and measurements required,to beconfirmed by the Production Manager and approved by the General Manager,for bulk purchase and the for distribution.
3、按公司规定统一穿着工作服来上班,不准穿除安全鞋以外的其他鞋类.（砂光机的操作人员穿水鞋）
The Company requires all staff to put on working attire when reporting duties.No other footwears are allowed/
4、请爱护工服鞋类用品,工服鞋类穿着及保管以一年为期,按领用之日起算,如未达使用年限遗失的,应自费赔偿补做.
Please take good care of all working clothings and footwears,in the custody of of the staff,for a period on one year.
5、禁止恶意破坏他人或损坏自己的工服鞋类用品,如发现是恶意行为,将以罚款处之,并自费赔偿补做.（正常损坏或意外除外）
Any form of vandalism is strictly prohibited.Once found,the person responsible will be fined and be asked to ompensate for the damage at own costs.(except the normal wear and tear)
