2004年的圣诞假期,我跟家人一起去了上海、杭州旅游.我们在那儿逗留了6天.在短短的6天里,我对上海、杭州已经建立了一个很好的印象.我觉得上海是一个比较商业化的城市,而杭州就比较优柔,风景也很美,非常适合一些退休人士居住.
在上海的3天里,最令我难忘的就是逛了一条著名的商业街———南京路.那条路足足有一公里长,街道上卖的大部分都是一些怀旧的上海小吃.我在那儿尝了一个豆沙包.
另外,我记得在一间叫“哈根达斯”的冰淇淋店,看到玻璃窗上贴上了它们新推出的巧克力冰淇淋火锅广告,很特别.虽然很想试一下那个冰淇淋火锅的味道,但因为时间关系,天气又太冷,结果没有尝到.
上海有一半是一些比较老的区叫浦西,另一半是一些比较现代化的区叫浦东.那里的建筑物都是这几年建立的.
除了南京路,我也去了淮海路、城隍庙、东方明珠、88号电视台（全世界第三高的建筑物）等等上海著名的景区.
离开上海后,我们去了杭州.在到达杭州之前,我们参观了一个离杭州不远的小镇,叫周庄.那儿非常美,那里的中心有一条河,围着河有很多小屋,好像意大利水乡威尼斯.
在杭州,我欣赏了美丽的风景,还去了岳飞庙,里面写了“精忠报国”,其中“国”字的里面留了一点,因为中国还未统一,希望中国今后统一了,那一点可以被填上去.这次旅行令我对中国文化的认识加深了.
