On April 20,2013,a big and powerful earthquake attacked Yaan,a southwestern country of China .A great many buildings and houses collapsed,a lot of people were killed and even more people lost their homes in the earthquake .
2013年4月20日,一场震感巨大的地震袭击了中国西南部的一个乡村,雅安.很多建筑物和房屋在地震中倒塌了,许许多多的人失去了生命和家园.
Hearing the news and watching the pictures about this earthquake ,people across the country were in great sorrow.However ,what we should do when facing this disaster is not to be in sorrow but to offer help .
在新闻中目睹了地震的情况后,全国的人陷入了巨大的悲伤中.然而,在面临灾难时我们在悲伤之余更需要的是献出援手.
Soon after the earthquake happened ,soldiers and medical professionals were sent to the earthquake stricken areas to search and rescue the survivals.The residents there saved themself as well.What's more ,people across China offered to make donations energetically.Relief materials and funds were continuously pouring into the earthquake stricken areas.
地震发生后不久,军人和专业医疗队就立刻出动前方搜寻和拯救幸存者.同时当地居民也展开了自救,更重要的是,全国的人民纷纷紧急对灾区进行了捐献.救援物资和捐款源源不断的献给了灾区.
As far as we students are concerned,we should provide our helping hands for them.We can donate our spare money to the victims who are in urgent need of food and medicine.Besides,our spirit support and sincere prayers can help the broken hearts overcome this temporary disaster.
就连我们学生们也投入了关注,学生们也应当对灾区伸出援手.同学们可以把零用钱捐出来用于帮助遇难者得到紧急需要的食品和药品.除了以上这些,我们的祈福和心灵援助也可以帮助在灾难中受伤的心灵克服暂时的困难.
This earthquake reminds us that safety is very important .Therefore ,we should be taught some basic knowledge about how to escape from an earthquake in class
