显存溢出错误,有两种可能：
1.) 如果你以前成功进入过游戏,那可能是画面设置过高.这样的话只需要删除下列Settings文件夹,让设置恢复默认即可进入游戏：
（Windows XP）C:\Documents and Settings\用户名\Local Settings\Application Data\Rockstar Games\GTA IV\Settings
（Windows Vista / 7）C:\Users\用户名\AppData\Local\Rockstar Games\GTA IV\Settings
2.) 如果你从未进入过游戏,可能是没装显卡驱动（这时往往认不出显存）.那么你应该去 NVIDIA / ATi 官网下载并安装合适的驱动程序.
