I bought a clock in a shop last Sunday afternoon.This morning ,however,I fonud that it didn't worked So I went back the shop with it.The shop assistant asked me whether I had not followed the instructions and used it in the right way.I told him I know how to use.After he hears this,he tried it and also found that there was anything wrong with the clock .Then I wanted him to take it back and gave the money back to me, and he refused.he asked me to change it for another one .Finally I have got a new clock and it works very well.
