嗯,因为在现在完成时（过去完成时也一样）里,动词后面如果跟了时间,这个动词就必须为延续性动词.
比如这道题,have（ ）后面有时间成分,则说明括号里该填上延续性动词（你想想,只有延续的东西,才会用一段时间来对应啊）,所以这里该填上kept.
另外,补上一句,borrow,lend,leave等等都是非延续性动词,也就是指这个动作在瞬间完成,比如borrow,就是瞬间的交换而已.
