1.The question discussed is important表达的意思是
The question which is discussed is important还是
The question which has been discussed is important
2.我知道The man working as a teacher is Tom等于The man who works as a teacher is Tom
但是 The man palying basketball is Tom我不明白等于什么,
是The man who is palying basketball is Tom
还是The man who plays basketball is Tom
如果和我之前举得那个例子相比应该是plays,但是我如果想说正在打篮球的是Tom怎么说啊?

1.过去分词作定语表示完成所以应该选the question which has been discussed is important
a.如果你想表示正在讨论的问题是重要的应该用：the question being discussed is important
b.明天要讨论的问题是重要的：the question to be discussed is important
所以放在名词或代词后面表被动的有三种形式：将来,完成和进行
表将来：sth to be done
表现在进行：sth being done
表完成：sth done

现在分词放在名词后面做定语可表主动,既主动又进行
