薪酬以及与之相关的收入问题,无论在那个国家,无论在宏观还是微观层面,都是人们最为关心的问题之一.在中国改革开放以及经济体制改革的各个阶段,企业内部收入分配机制一直都备受关注.如今随着薪酬制度改革的启动和深入,企业高级管理人员与普通雇员之间的薪酬差距逐渐扩大现象引发全社会越来越多的讨论.过大的薪酬差距加大了普通雇员与高级管理人员之间的矛盾,降低了工作效率,损害了企业经营绩效.本文通过阐述企业内部工资差距扩大化问题,分析其产生的原因,并尝试提出了解决办法.希望通过本文的研究为企业的薪酬管理提供一些借鉴和参考.

Payment and related income problem,no matter in which country,on the macroscopic lay or microcosmic,is one of the most concerned matters.During each stage of Chinese reform and opening up,and reform of the economic system,corporation's internal income distribution machanism is under the spotlight all the time.Now,with the launch and penetration of Payment System Reform,the growing payment gap between the management and employees raise more and more discussion.Overlarge payment gap intensifies the conflict betweem the management and employees,reduces the work efficiency and damnify business operation performance.This article,by elaborating the issue of growing gap between the management's payment and the employees',analyzes the reason of this phenomenon,and tries to put forward some solutions.Hope that this research in the article can provide some reference and consult to business payment management.
