幸福是什么?它是一个过程还是一个结果,加德纳成功成为经纪人后,他走在人群里,他说 “This is little part,it is call happines”(这短暂的一刻,叫做幸福).
我想,如果幸福只存在于短暂的时刻,那这个过程注定是不幸福吗?我们为什么常常感到不幸福,我认为幸福就是理想跟现实的差距,这也是我们常常痛苦的根本之源,我们常常有意地把目标定在比我们的能力之上,以至于我们努力了却发现根本无法达到预期目标,这时就有了挫折感,幸福感就消失了.
我认为,人类社会的进步以人类的幸福感为代价.因为人类天性存在无法满足的贪欲,正是这个欲望推动人类社会在追求高于现实的目标过程中不断发展,在这个过程中,人类一边痛苦,一边进化.
可是,如果我们把目标定得太低,我们是不是就容易感到幸福呢?答案是NO.因为没有一个人可以单独生存,我们常常会跟周围的人相比,我们发现我们因为目标太低而达到时就会没有任何成就感,这时候我们依然无法感到幸福.那到底怎样才可以幸福呢?
什么是幸福?这个问题就如你问什么是宇宙一样.每个人在心中都有自己的幸福标准,只要达到了这个标准,你就是幸福的.别人的幸福不一定是你所想要的,而你自己的幸福未必对别人有用.幸福是自私的,只有自己才能体会那片刻的快感.如果非要给幸福下个定论.我觉得无非有两点：一是和你相爱的人在一起；一是做你最喜欢的事情.
