dear Mr Joe:
I'm the Personnel Manager of ABC.It's our honor for me to send the invitation to you.The the farewell party for our past chairman ,Zhang yi.As is know to most of you ,He have made great contribution to our company .His effort and wisdom have lead us to develop our company to be the NO.1 in our province at one time .
However ,as a result of his health and senility ,he has to retire .We are preparing a farewell party for him .And your attendance will make the party more meaningful and happier.The time for it is from 2 o'clock pm to 5 o'clock pm on Oct 20th 2011.The place is Shelldon Hotel.
