开展双语教学,师资是关键.我国的双语教学开展较晚,双语教师严重缺乏.双语教学对教师的要求很高,教师不仅应具备一定的外语能力,同时还要有过硬的专业知识.在国际上,实施双语教学的一个基本要求就是聘请本语种教师.而目前在我国通过大量聘请外籍教师来进行双语教学是不现实的.各高校通常聘请具有一定英语功底的本专业教师来任教.由此,双语教学陷入了一个误区:教师的英语水平参差不齐,大多以用英语讲授为累赘,授课时对着英文教材将其翻译为中文进行解释.不能正确地运用外语进行教学的后果就是影响了学生学习双语课程的兴趣及影响了专业课程的学习效果.

The teacher resources is the key to Bilingual teaching. Bilingual teaching starts late in our country and has a serious lack of bilingual teachers.For bilingual teaching ,there is a very high requirement for teachers .Teachers should not only have certain language ability, but also have good professional knowledge. Internationally,one of the basic requirements for implementation of bilingual teaching is to recruit language teachers. However at present ,it is not practical to carry out bilingual teaching in our country through hiring a lot of foreign teachers .In each university, they often recruit those whoe have certain language ability of professional English to teach. Thus, bilingual teaching falls into a mistake: teachers' English is on various levels, mostly teachers take the English teaching for burdensome. when they give a lesson,the English teaching materials will be translated into Chinese to explain. Therefore, using the foreign language teaching in a wrong way will affect the students' interest in learning bilingual courses and influence the learning outcome of professional course.
