每组若干人,游戏开始前拿到一盒全新包装的积木,各组的积木块数及每块的形状、大小相同,但颜色及每种颜色的积木块数不尽相同.各组的任务是尽快按照教练发放的一套指令用彩色积木建造一座“天堂之塔”.这套指令一共9条,每人1条.拿到指令后,每个人须仔细阅读,但互相之间不许交流.过程中要求所有人都不许说话、写字.
理念：有效沟通,非指定团队合作.
注意事项
1 游戏开始之后不能说话
2 十条密令同时给到所有队员,人数大于十时两名队员同时看一条密令,小于十时一个队员同事看两条密令
3 拿到密令后只能自己观看不能与其他队员分享
4 合力完成之后举手示意教练检查,合格着胜出
5 以完成的速度来评定最终结果
牧羊人
1）由于天黑,每只羊都看不见羊圈、也看不见牧羊人；
2）牧羊人与羊群之间相互沟通的工具只有牧羊人口中的哨子（双方都不能说话）；
3）羊圈的进口只允许一只羊进入（必须一只羊进入后另一只才能进入）
4）羊圈的大小只能容纳一双脚站立（踩线不算进入羊圈）
注意事项
1 每个队伍选出一名队员扮演牧羊人,游戏开始后牧羊人站在固定位置不能移动
2 游戏开始后不能讲话不能有肢体接触,所有的交流方式只能通过哨子
3 所有羊群带好眼罩后有教练带入牧场之中
4 羊群进入牧场之中后教练再放入羊圈（保证羊群事先不知道羊圈的位置）
5 当羊群走出牧场石有教练负责把其重新引入到牧场之中
6 当羊成功进入羊圈之后有教练负责将其带出给其取下眼罩可以在旁边观看
7 羊只能从羊圈的入口进入（不能横向跨入）
8 以完成的速度来评定结果
