摘要：民营企业是经济发展中的一支重要力量，但民营企业人力资源管理中存在的一些问题已经严重影响了自身的生存和发展。本文首先分析了我国民营企业的绩效管理现状，进而分析总结出现阶段我国民营企业的绩效管理实施过程中存在的诸如绩效管理与民营企业的发展战略相脱离、把绩效考核当成绩效管理等问题。最后，论文提出了现阶段对我国民营企业绩效管理体系的改进建议，即建立以企业战略为导向的绩效管理体系；正确认识绩效考核；绩效考核指标体系的构建。
