It's common that a growing number of people prefer travelling to staying at home.Meanwhile,environment problems have become the focus of the society.But who ought to be in charge of the problem after all.
Some people insist that the companies and the operators should pay the bills for it.They give their personal reason.While people walking in the tourism attractions,they always throw garbage at random which is obvious that they don't realize the importance of protecting the environment.So,if the companies and the visitor should pay for their behavior,it may make them pay more attention to environment health.As a result,the government can spend less money in bringing the pollution under control.
As the saying goes,Each coin has two sides.Part of people hold the opposite view that the government should assume the liabilities.Owing to their carelessness,the bulk of the plants haven't set up a perfect system of pollution discharge.
I can't agree those opinions totally.From my point of view,whether tour operators or government should bear the environmental responsibility.Because I have seen some person spitting anywhere frequently.The government haven't invest enough human resources and money on it equally.
Therefore,there is no use relying on independent power merely,everybody must devote themselves to protecting the environment.
