2008年金融危机爆发继而又是欧债危机,中国人民银行采取了包括降低利率和法定存款准备金率在内的适度宽松的货币政策.然而,新一轮通货膨胀给我国现实经济生活带来的影响已经显现.分析通货膨胀的决定因素并回顾我国自金融危机以来的货币政策可知,当前的货币政策应该关注更广泛意义上的价格变动,关注一般竞争性产品价格下降与资源、资产价格上涨之间的内在矛盾,并应谨慎使用利率工具.货币政策应该由“适度宽松”转变为“稳健”,并注意把握政策的关键点,从而更好地发挥经济政策的宏观调控作用,促进经济增长,稳定物价,使金融业及整个国民经济得以持续快速健康地发展.

In order to fight against the financial crisis in 2008 and the debt crisis in Europe afterwards,the People's Bank of China adopted a moderately easy money policy of reducing the rate of interest and statutory reserve. However, another inflation has taken into effect on our economic life. Through the analysis of the determinant factors of the inflation and the review of the monetary policy since the financial crisis, we can discover that the current monetary policy should pay more attention to the price fluctuation as well as the inner contradiction between the price fall of the general competitive products and the price inflation of the resources and assets,and further use the interest rate cautiously.The monetary policy should tranfer from "moderately easy" to "steady",and pay attention to grasp the key point of the policy to further express the function of the macro-control of the economic policy and promote the increase of the economy and the stabilization of the price,so as to make the financial industry and the whole national economy develop in a sustainable fast and healthy way.
