I want to discuss whether the residents should keep pets like dogs and cats in the district or not.
Some people were against the idea of keeping pets in the district for that it may pollute the envoronment,especially the excrement and the urine made by the dogs and cats.Besides,dogs and cats may spread disease for they are always dirty and they may even attack people which may make the people bitten get some disease.
However,other people agree on keeping pets in the district.First of all,they thought that pets can acompany the elderly person of no family and make them feel happy at anytime.In addition,it will add some delight of life to the residents if get along well with the peets.
In my opinion,I think that to keep pets is necessary.Only by making the pets under control can we have fun from them,namely,we should help them form good habits like not allowing the pets to foul this area.I believe that we will make the community better with our efforts.
