贫困不能成为犯罪的借口~虽然犯罪人数中贫困人口占了很大比率~但是不能因为自己贫困就去做违法的事~贫困的人不能想着因为自己没钱就一定要通过违法的途径来获取利益~当然~也不能说贫困的人就一定会犯罪~这个说法对世界上贫困的人是非常不公平的~贫困人中也有很多通过自己的努力来慢慢改善生活~如果说贫困的人一定犯罪那么会给贫困的人一种被歧视的感觉~有可能导致本来不想犯罪的人因为觉得受到了歧视心理不平衡从而导致走上犯罪的路

Poverty is not an excuse for crime.Even though many criminals are imnpoverished,but it should not justify their illegal behaviour.They should not try to improve their life by commiting crimes.On the other hand,one cannot say that those in poverty will be criminals,this is a sterotype to those in need.If this view continues,then they will feel discriminated against,and even may psychologically provoke them commit crimes that otherwise would not have been done.
