I have been a psyche patient for 6 years.I am always afraid of having a terrible thought that I probably accidently kill someone including my beautiful son.I shudder when this thought flash in my mind.What if I lose control of mind?Should I go to consult with the psyche doctor.But I don't have so much money to check up.Could you give me some suggestion about how this problem originated and how to tackle this problem.
