Without虚拟语气,without后跟名词,既可以表示对现在情况的假设、也可以表示对过去情况的假设.由于不是句子,所以,不用考虑时态.表示的时态取决于主句
再问：是不是说有today ，所以是对现在的虚拟，所以用would be，如果把today改掉就成yesterday就选择would have been，可以这样理解么？
