摘要：饮水机顾名思义就是解决人们饮水问题而诞生的家用产品,因提升人们的饮水质量和生活品味而成为时尚受人喜爱.然而,随着人们物质生活的不断提高,对饮水机的性能要求也不断提高.在发展的同时,一些饮水机的问题日益显露出来,例如水多次加热形成“千滚水”对人身体造成伤害,而且也费电.目前,市场上的饮水机控制系统多半是采用全硬件电路实现,存在着电路复杂、功能单一等局限性,只有加热、保温等功能,主要是其控制方面死板和不足,因此有必要对现有的饮水机控制系统进行改进.本论文主要介绍了利用AT89C52制作一简易饮水机智能控制系统的软硬件设计过程,由温度传感器DS18B20检测温度,并用液晶显示器LCD1602显示实时水温.只有当水温不足温度下限70℃时将水加热至沸腾,其他温度时智能控制加热系统断电,从而节省了电能,且加热温度下限可由软件程序调整.因为是采用AT89C52为控制核心,所以重点给出了其软件编程的思想方法及利用软件实现对饮水机的智能控制.本系统具有电路结构简单、操作容易、硬件少、成本低、功耗小等特点.
