第一,保持良好的睡眠.良好的睡眠必须保持在每天8个小时以上,比如每天晚上10点到第二天早上6点.有规则的生活方式可以让你在睡觉的时候快速进入睡眠状态.这段时间如果休息好了,气色会明显变好,肌肤也会越来越具有弹性.如果不能快速的进入睡眠,建议你使用一下‘eye bandage’,它会起到一定的作用.
第二,注意饮食.酸的、辣的,特别是油腻的食物,对皮肤都不好,但是大家都还很喜欢吃这类的东西,比如:辣椒、chicken、Hamburg等.建议大家还是少吃一些为好.蔬菜和水果对皮肤保养再好不过了,不但可以从中摄取大量的维生素,还可以补充水分.要记得每天多喝水,皮肤会变得像水一样细腻.
第三,环境.环境会对皮肤造成很大的影响.在优美的环境下呆久了,皮肤也会变得很美.相反,在 PC room,bar,club 之类的地方呆久了,皮肤会变的很油,而且可能会起小痘痘.特别是military,会让你的皮肤坏到一定程度.
第四,Do not smoking and drinking.谁都知道,吸烟有害健康.酗酒危及生命.但又有多少人能做到不吸烟不喝酒呢?如果想让皮肤有光泽,建议还是戒烟戒酒吧.
第五,运动.每天保持适量的运动.运动时,会排出许多汗,同时会加快肌肤新陈代谢.运动过后,要多喝水,给身体补充足够的水分.健康的身体,具有光泽的肌肤,只有坚持运动才能够达到这样的成果.

Now let me tell you something about ways of daily life.
First of all,maintain good sleeping habits.You must have at least eight hours of sleep every day,for example,sleep from ten o'clock at night till six in the morning.Regular sleeping habits will help you fall asleep faster.If you can get a good sleep every night,your reflections will improve and you'll have better skin.If you can't fall asleep right away,try use an eye bandage,it will be somewhat helpful.
Second of all,watch your diet.Sour food,spicy food and especially oily food are all bad for your skin.But people like these kinds of food,things like hot pepper,chicken,hamburgers,etc.You should try to eat less of such food.Vegetables and fruit are a lot better for your skin.Not only can you obtain lots of different kinds of vitamins from them,you can also get plenty of water.And remember to drink a lot of water every day,then your skin will become very fine.
The third element would be the environment.Your environment has great effects on your skin.If you spend lots of time in a nice environment,your skin condition will improve.On the other hand,if you spend a lot of time in places like internet cafes,bars and night clubs,your skin will become very oily,and you'll probably get zits and pimples.
The fourth thing is that do not smoke or drink.Everyone knows that smoking is harmful for one's health.And excessive drinking could cost one's life.But how many people can neither smoke nor drink?If you want healthy skin,then stop smoking and drinking.
Last but not least,exercise.Make sure you have a daily exercise routine.After exercising,your body will sweat a lot,at the same time,exercising will speed up your metabolism.Remember to drink plenty of water and make up for all the water lost during your exercises.Only if you keep up with your exercises can you maintain a healthy body as well as great skin.
