California has more light than the light it knows what to do with but everything else is expensive.
就象：i have more apples than pears,比较的是苹果和梨子这两个不同的东西.因为题里面比较的两个词都是light,造成重复,所以习惯上省略了.it指的就是California,what作的是do的宾语（do sth with是固定短语）,而it knows what to do with 这句话又作为the light 的定语
意思：加利福尼亚的光照多到它都不知道该怎么处理了,（意思就是光照太多了,太便宜拉）,但是其他的东西都很昂贵
实际上这个句子拆开来讲,十分别扭,就把它当作一个固定用法吧,意思就是多到不知道该怎么处置了.
