The quality of the cashmere you shipped to us on June 6 ,2005
Obviously does not match with the sample you left with us and also is not in accordance with the specifications defines in our purchase order NO.366.We therefore are forced to ask you to replace these batches of cashmere.
The cashmere is part of 100 pieces supplied to our P .O .NO.366 of April 16 ,2005 .We have examined some of the cashmere and there is no doubt that some of them are shrink proof.
We are therefore asking you to replace the unsold balance of the batch referred to ,amounting to 100 pieces in all ,and replace them by commercial quality cashmere before the end of July ,2005 .
Counter Offer
Dear Sirs:
Thank you for your letter of April 20th ,2005 .We are surprised to hear that our price for Art.NO.345 Woolen Glove is too high for you .You mentioned that Japanese goods are being offered to you at a price approximately 10% lower than that quoted by us.
We accept what you say ,but we are of the opinion that the quality of the other makes does not measure up to than of our products.Although we are keen to do business with you ,we regret that we cannot accept your counter offer or even meet you half way.
The best we can do is to reduce our previous quotation by 2%
We trust that this will meet with your approval.
We look forward to hearing from you.
Urging of immediate Shipment
Dear Sirs:
We wish to draw your attention to our Order NO.222 covering 4000 pieces of Sweater,for which we issued in your favor about 20 days ago an irrevocable L/C with expiration date on August 25.
Our retailers are badly in need of the goods as the season is rapidly approaching.Any delay in shipping our order will undoubtedly result in big trouble.
To enable our retailers to catch the brisk demand at the start of the season,we shall be very much obliged if you effect shipment in time.

你们05年6月发过来的开司米的质量和你们留给我们的样本很明显不一致.同时也不符合366号订单的要求的技术规格.我们不得不要求你们重新替换这批开司米.
这些开司米是05年4月16日366号海外订单中100支的一部分.我们检验了其中的一些,毫无疑问这些都是防皱的.
我们要求你们用未出售的批次来替换,总数是100支.请在05年6月底前用符合商业等级的开司米来替换.
