People often said that social networking is a good way to connect people together from all over the world. We should admit that it trully plays an important part since the developments of social tools. However, you should also find there are some disadvantages of social networking if it is not used properly.
Firstly, it is hard for people to form their own thoughts. In the history, the time which less social interaction exits, people have more deep-thoughts because they have less or even no communication methods. People need to think over and solve the problems all by themselves,so there were more great thoughts in the past.For example, the confucious. Can you find the thoughts like Confucious which is popular for thousands of years in today's chaotic world?
Secondly, social networking could be very dangerous especially with the development of social communication tools. If you check everyday's news, you may find people put all their private information online to make friends, find partners and so on. We should not promise that every person is kind-hearted, so it is easy to see the news that somebody has been cheated or even killed by a stranger. So the social interaction with others could be very dangerous. You need to be lucky to find a right person but how?
Thirdly, social networking brings many problems for development of human society. In today's society, "social relationship" has been greatly emphazised. People spend too much time on it instead of focusing their minds on their own works. Somebody even think that relationship is more important than to do a satisfying job. This could be an obstacle for efficiency of the work, the whole society. It also brings problems for politics, such as corruption.
Thus social networking which is always a good thing in people's mind, can generate troubles for the society sometimes. We should use it correctly and avoid its bad effects.
