I have decided to keep adiary about what I eatand how much I exercise,because I think it willhelp me to get fit andlose weight.Today hasbeen a good day for me.For breakfast I hadtoast and jam.I usuallytake the bus to school,but I walked thereinstead so that I feltreally awake when Iarrived at school.We had a gymnasticslesson at school and Idid really well—I lovegymnastics!For lunch I had twosandwiches,an apple andsome sweets.For tea Ihad some biscuits and abanana.For supper my mothercooked a big meal withsoup,chicken and veget-ables,and after that Ihad a lot of ice cream!
Tuesday
I had the same breakfastas yesterday and walkedto school again.While I was walking,Imet my friend Sarah.Herparents own a fitnessclub.When I told her that Iwas keeping this diary,she wanted to know why Iwas keeping it.I explained that Iwanted to lose a bit ofweight.She said I could exerc-ise at her parents' clubif I wanted—we could doit together.I said thatwas a great idea.For lunch I had riceand vegetables,biscuitsfor tea,and somesweets,and fish andrice for supper.Oh yes,before I went tobed,I had a drink ofhot chocolate.
Wednesday
I didn't have anybreakfast today becauseI woke up late and onlyhad time for a cup oftea.
I took the bus toschool.I felt veryhungry at 11 o'clock andhad two bags of sweets.Oh dear,I'm feeling verytired.I went to Sarah'sparents fitness clubafter school and exerc-ised for an hour.I'll finish writing mydiary tomorrow instead!
