We have run into a few issues with the new preform molds from Pet-All.
All preform molds are built with no interface to,true position the cavity,thread splits ( Taper lock between these ),to the stripper inserts,& cores ( Taper lock between these )
There is a shut-offwith the face of the stripper inserts and the inside face of the thread splits,(some are hitting a litte hard)
We are seeing gaulding on some of the cores,this was sent to us that way!
Also we are having problems with guide bushings trying to pull out of the stripper plates,with gaulding on the leader pins.
guide blocks to open the slides are not square and try to twist out of position when you tighten them.
Thread splits that mount to the slide base have drill & counterbore holes to mount with,these were not put in squarely,(as much as .025 out of flatness) and out of position as well.
Slide bases are bowed in flatness and length.
The main stripper plates are also bowed.

打开滑块的弯销并不是很方,在紧固时弯销会使位置产生扭曲
