家常小吃 Home made dishes
My favourite home made dish is coca cola chicken wings.
It is pretty easy to cook and my mother used to cook it for me all the time when I came back from school. The trick here is to use coca cola as sugar based stew for the chicken. First you should fry both side of wings a little bit till they turn gold and pour into cola until all wings are submerged. Wait until the stew is thick and dense then you can start enjoy your meal!
