主语是 temple ,后面的built 500years ago 修饰主语.

动名词
4.I found my glass broken.
过去分词,我发现我的眼镜破碎了.
5.The policemen moved the motorcycle knocked down by a car to the roadside.
knocked down by a car 修饰 motorcycle 意思是被车子撞倒的摩托车.
6.It is joyful to watch the birds sing around the trees.
看鸟儿围绕着树唱歌是一件很高兴的事情.
感官动词还有hear ,feel ,watch ,notice （注意到）都可以跟do 或doing分别表不同的意思
如：I heard him play the piano.
