第一部分绪论。主要阐述论文研究的背景、研究目的及意义、个人理财研究思路。第二部分个人理财理论系统。首先论述了树立理财意识的必要性和意义，然后介绍了个人里擦得基本概念也就是什么是理财。通过过去和现在对理财观念与意识的区别做一比较。分析自身情况对理财的目标和理财的基本步骤,并针对现有的各种投资工具各自的特点及投资者的一些需要学习的技巧和事项。
本文将分析在当前日新月异变化的时代背景中，个人理财面的发展现状和纯在问题与不足，并从个人角度和商业银行两个角度对个人理财提出各自的一些，另外寻找合适自己的理财方式才是最好理财方法。
