I think your parents are right,if you did spend too much time on video games,you really need to curb it,make sure that you play them in a moderate degree.
Whereas I don't think games are that bad,you don't have to stop playing compeletely.Maybe 2 or 3 times a week,that is appropriate to me.
You said that you love the games,after all,as boys who doesn't?Think about it,do you ever feel that the games you play are not that interesting than before,due to which you had to change from one to another so that you don't get bored?Trust me,this really signifies that you have played too much.
