since 可以理解为曾经的一点,如果用完成时,就表示从那一点开始,一直持续到现在都有影响,比如 I've been here since 2009.我自从2009年就在这里了.
但是如果since 是引导的从句,那么从句中就要去过去时,而主句常用完成时,因为是过去的一点.比如:I've been here since I arrived in Beijing in 2009.
不要认为 一看到 since 就必须用完成时,要看清楚是主句还是从句.

这几道题目你不明白,我感觉主要是句子成份没有完全理解,最重要的是要找出句子的主干:主 谓 宾(有时宾语可能没有),找出来这三个东西,剩下的都是补充说明用的,不要想得多复杂,觉得那一大堆从句我不明白啊,没有那么多东西的,只要你明白了语义,再把那几个常用的连接词理解了就可以了.
