摘 要
在建筑工程中，由于项目实施的复杂性、长期性和动态性，工程变更不可避免。工程变更对合同价格和合同工期具有很大破坏性，成功的工程变更管理有助于项目工期和投资目标的实现。因此，在项目实施过程中对于工程变更管理加以研究和正确实施具有重要意义。
工程变更发生的原因有很多，导致工程变更的含义很广泛，本文通过把变更的理论和作者的工程实践相结合，从工程变更的基本概念、分类和工程变更的基本程序以及项目参与各方的管理任务入手，在充分分析国内文献的基础上提出了工程变更的完整概念，为项目控制者界定变更活动，按照变更确认的基本程序为处理变更提供依据，从而减小变更对项目目标的影响，提高了工程变更的管理水平。

Project changes have great destructive to the contract price and contract term, and successful management is significant to the success of the project term and investment goals. Therefore, it is important to study and correct implementation on project change management in the project implementation process.
