【摘要】目的：总结米非司酮配伍米索前列醇在终止12～16周妊娠孕产妇治疗中的观察和护理的重要性.方法：选择67例妊娠12~16周要求终止妊娠的孕产妇,给予正确指导使用引产药,密切观察用药后的药物反应,严密观察产程进展,子宫收缩和阴道流血情况.结果：67例孕产妇,经使用米非司酮配伍米索前列醇引产治疗后,均能顺利引产.结论：米非司酮配伍米索前列醇在终止12～16周妊娠孕产妇的使用中,一定要正确指导用药,严密观察产程,加强心理护理、基础护理和疗效观察、控制感染、认真做好出院指导,为患者提供周到的服务,是中孕引产得以成功的关键 .
